MATCHES Only de (demolition) maps will be played throughout the CS:Source Tournament. These will be selected from the following maps;
The tournament format will be one of three options:

MR RULES The entire tournament will use MR15 rules, with a round time of 1.45 minutes. There is no time limit. Both teams play one map, for 15 (MR15) rounds as both Counter Terrorist and Terrorist. Matches will be won by the team that is the first to score 16. |
DRAWS In the event of a draw, the two teams will repeat the map with max rounds 3 and $10,000 start money. If another draw occurs, this will be repeated as often as needed until there is a winner after a set of 6 rounds. |
EARLY RETIREMENT The match finishes at the first to 16. If a team does not show up within 15 minutes of the allocated start the match can be defaulted and will be recorded as 10 to the team that showed up. |
MATCH RULES GENERAL
MATCH FORMAT Each match is played on the scheduled map, which will be selected from the list above. Each map will be played 2x15 rounds, with each clan playing 15 rounds as CT and 15 rounds as T on each map. |
TEAM NAME CONVENTION When in the server prior to match start, all team players must be tagged up with the same clan tag that they signed up with. This is to help with disputes and tracking with the server logs. |
MATCH STARTS The only acceptable excuses for missing the scheduled start of a match are:

SERVER CRASHES If a server crashes before 4 complete rounds have been played, the game score will be reset to 00 and the affected leg of the match will be restarted once the server is available. If the server crashes from the 5th round onwards, the server will be restarted, and game play will resume with the max rounds of the affected leg set to the outstanding rounds to be played. Start money will be $5,000. |
GAMEPLAY RULES
CHEATING & ANTICHEAT All forms of cheating are strictly prohibited any player found to be cheating will forfeit the current match for their team and be removed from the all MPUK tournaments for the duration of the event, in accordance with the Cheating policy.If a clan breaks a rule without the admin noticing, they are still liable for the consequences. Any programs or files, be they changed CS files or new files, that change CS or add to its functionality, or that interact with CS in any way, are strictly forbidden. Modified versions of CS's .pak, .wad or .exe files are always forbidden, regardless of what they do. The use of any forbidden program or file by any clan member during a cup match will lead to the exclusion of the clan from the tournament. Disallowed practices include, but are not limited to, the following:

INGAME TECHNIQUES Bomb - boosting will not be permitted. This is seen as an advantage towards the terrorists. The bomb can only be planted by the bomb carrier without any intervention from teammates. Silent bomb plants will not be permitted. Abuse of this will result in a forfeit of the match.Boosting – General map boosting with any number of players will be permitted. Any area that can be reached on the map is considered a valid position as long as the position is not used to exploit the map by seeing into areas that are not intended. Boosting through roofs is banned (refer to map exploits). Map Exploits – Taking advantage of new or known map exploits (for example invisible ledges or "map swimming") will result in the forfeit of the match.Planting the bomb in any area that is classified as a map bug is also illegal. Specifically the fountain on bombsite A on de_inferno. Bomb Defusing Counter Terrorist side is not permitted to defuse out of site of the bomb. You must be able to see the flashing light on the top of the bomb.Breach of these rules is decided at admin’s discretion at the state of play at the time of the defuse/ plant. |
